Senior Admin ManagerI have worked with the Dutton Group since 2020. The ability to communicate effectively throughout a larger team is critical in the delivery of my work. I am very much a people person, and this is aided by such a warm and welcoming business. My role is fast paced and diverse which allows me to learn and adapt quickly.

Head of Human ResourcesThe HR function was introduced at the start of 2021 due to Dutton Group’s National growth strategy. Along with a great HR team, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to support the company leaders in finding and hiring the best talent in the market across multiple teams and disciplines. We champion shaping and promoting company culture and our employer brand to attract and retain the best talent. My number one goal is to build a happy and engaged high performing workforce who feel supported in their work environment. Senior Vehicle Buyer / Trainer – Sell Your Car FastMy employment with the Dutton Group began in 2014 as a Vehicle Buyer for Sell Your Car Fast. During my eight year tenure, I have worked hard and learnt a great deal enabling me the opportunity to move into the position I’m in today. My position as a Senior Buyer and Trainer permits me the opportunity to develop others to master the tools needed to be a successful Buyer within SYCF. Eight years in one organisation in the automotive industry is a long time, however my tenure is due to having a real love for what I do, the team I work with and the pride I have in being part of the Dutton Group.

Business Intelligence AnalystI was able to join the Dutton Automotive team after working in the fintech industry as my first job after university. My background is in finance & economics, but I am also passionate about different kinds of data analytics. Tasked with creating strategic and day-to-day insights for the business, the role of Business Intelligence Analyst at Dutton Automotive has exposed me to a variety of very enjoyable challenges. The greatest aspect of the business has to be working directly with key decision-makers and learning from their wealth of experience.

Stock ControllerI have worked with the Dutton Group for over 3 years as a Stock Controller. I am responsible for ensuring our retail businesses stock levels meet our business needs. I achieve this by overseeing purchases and pricing reports, replenishing levels when necessary, and monitoring shipments or internal transfers between departments. I am passionate about my work because my colleagues all share the same energy as me and are great to work with!

IT OfficerAt Dutton group I work as an IT Officer, responsible for handling the support channel as well as developing our CRM systems. We have experienced significant growth since I’ve joined the group which has opened many opportunities for me to learn and upskill. Our business has an incredible & supportive culture which I thrive in.
