1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Albert Automotive Operations Pty Ltd trading as Dutton Automotive and Dutton One of 41 Madden Grove, Richmond VIC, Australia 3121 (ABN 60 616 127 345) (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The EOFY Sale commences on Friday 15 May 2026 at 8am and ends on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 6pm (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend or terminate the Promotion Period at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate unless otherwise stated.
4. Eligible Vehicles
The Promotion applies only to selected premium used vehicles available for sale at each Dutton One site during the Promotion Period. Vehicles forming part of the Promotion may differ from site to site, are subject to availability and may change without notice. Each vehicle is sold on an “as is” basis, subject to applicable statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Offers and Inclusions
Offers available during the Promotion may include, but are not limited to:
• Discounted drive-away pricing
• Trade-in bonuses
• Finance offers through approved lenders
• Complimentary accessories or service packages
Specific offer details, inclusions, and exclusions will be outlined on individual vehicle listings or provided in writing at the point of sale.
6. Pricing
All advertised prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include GST. Statutory charges required for vehicle registration in the relevant state or territory will still apply. Additional charges may apply for optional extras, accessories, insurance, and delivery.
7. Finance
Finance offers are subject to approval by the Promoter’s nominated finance providers. Terms, conditions, fees, and lending criteria apply. Interest rates and repayment amounts may vary depending on the applicant’s financial circumstances.
8. Trade-In Vehicles
Trade-in valuations are subject to inspection and assessment by the Promoter. Any advertised trade-in bonus forms part of the overall transaction and may not be redeemed for cash or applied separately.
9. Deposits and Purchases
A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. Vehicles are not considered sold until a signed contract of sale is executed and the deposit is received. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction where a vehicle is no longer available or due to pricing errors.
10. Availability and Errors
While reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy, the Promoter does not warrant that vehicle descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. The Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions.
11. Non-Transferable Offers
All promotional offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
12. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any applicable state legislation.
13. Privacy
Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://duttongroup.com.au/privacy-policy/.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all transactions and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or sales process or acts in a manner deemed inappropriate.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
